Service Description: This is the City of Lathrop's public-facing EnerGov application, CSS. This is nearly identical to the the City's internal EnerGov Display service with property ownership information hidden. This service is the public display map in EnerGov GIS Viewer for visualization, searching, identification, selection, buffering, etc. EnerGov requires dynamic GIS service since operational layers can exist for spatial collection and history writer functionalities. That operational data is dynamic, and users cannot pre-generate caches.
